10 reasons why you should visit Phoenix 2019

After the huge success of the last edition, Phoenix Festival will now take place for the second time. The festival is known for its hard line-up: raw hardstyle, hardcore, uptempo and terror artists, which makes the event fit perfectly with people who have love for raw kicks and fast BPMs. Phoenix will take place on Saturday the 11th of May 2019, at a brand new location in Nuland. We listed 10 reasons why you can’t miss this edition.

1. Grand line-up with more than 60 artists divided over 4 areas

Also for this edition, they invited some of the biggest names. The festival consists of 4 areas with more than 60 artists: 2 raw stages and 2 stages for the people who like it a little bit harder: here you’ll find hardcore, uptempo and terror artists. The different styles are represented by artists such as Radical Redemption, Malice, Partyraiser and Sefa.

2. New location: from Oss to the Rekken in Nuland

Last year the festival took place in Oss. This time, the event will take place at a new location: the Rekken in Nuland, not far from Oss. This means the location is still very central and easily accessible. According to the organization, they will even improve the parking area this year.

3. 12 hours of partying in the daylight

In the winter we are used to night parties, which often lasts about 9 hours. But, winter time is almost over and summer is coming, which means we can finally party by daylight again. Phoenix Festival offers 12 (!) hours of partying in which you can go completely wild. Another benefit is you don’t have to wait all day for the event: eat, sleep, rave and repeat!

4. A mainstage full of enthusiastics

The mainstage represents the central point of Phoenix Festival. Here, the real raw soldier can go wild to the biggest kicks from artists such as E-Force, Adaro and Delete. You will also be able to find some frenchcore at this stage: no one less than Dr. Peacock and Sefa will perform as well.

5. Big live-acts among which Neroz ‘Shock Sequence’ LIVE

There will also be loads of live-acts at the festival, from artists such as Act of Rage, Rooler, Killshot, Noisekick and Neroz ‘Shock Sequence’. You were already able to witness the Neroz live-act a couple of times earlier at several events, which also contained new tracks most of the time. Who knows… Maybe we can expect some new tracks again at Phoenix!

6. Regain ‘Out of Bounds’ album showcase at the mainstage

The Polish DJ Regain performed at several events with his live act ‘Out of Bounds’, and closed it down last year. During this very last time, he also announced he would come out with a solo-album ‘Out of Bounds’. You can pre-order this album now, after which it will be sent to you on the 1st of May 2019. Phoenix will be one of the first festivals where Regain will perform his brand new album showcase.

7. Go wild at the GPF Hosting: “Hey x”

Previously, we talked about the 4 different areas at the event. One of those areas will actually be hosted by the masked Greazy Puzzy Fuckerz. GPF is known for its sexy music and high BPMs. Some time ago GPF had its very first solo-event, and now a hosting at Phoenix with artists such as Angernoizer and Sjammienators is coming our way. GPF itself will perform the sets GPF presents ‘Bubble Trouble’ and GPF ‘The Brunch Munch’.

8. The iconic Bumper Car area will return this year

The well-known bumper car area will return once again to the upcoming edition of Phoenix: the fairground attraction will be transformed into an area where you can go wild all day long. Last year there were 2 bumper car areas, one raw and one uptempo. Which artists you will at the area this year, is still unknown.

9. Party and get a tan at the same time

Last year the festival was very blessed by the weather: the sun was shining all day and the temperatures were extremely high. Like we stated before, Phoenix will take place Saturday the 11th of May 2019, which means it could get very hot this year as well.

10. “Earn your stripes and become part of our brotherhood!”

You might think you would have to pay a fortune for all of these huge artists, but luckily this is anything but the truth. Even though the early bird tickets are already sold out, you can buy a regular ticket for only €44,95!
