The organisation HSU – Harder Styles United Events comes out with a brand new concept in December: EPIK Sydney. The names of the line-up had been revealed in the last couple of hours and according to HSU, there will be “the most unique and over the top production to date.”

EPIK Sydney’s show production will be much more complex than usually and something never done before at a HSU event. The party starts with an Opening Ceremony and between every artist, there will be a time-coded “state of art ceremony with unique visuals”: an EPIK Laser Ceremony, a Journey Ceremony and and the end a monster End Show. According to the organisation, these shows with pyro, fireworks and over 60 lasers will be HSU’s “most unique and over the top production to date.” HSU invited four artists to play at the event: “The 4 biggest names in the scene right now!”

The organisation started to plan EPIK way before the rushed New Festival Laws had been disallowed by the parliament. According to these laws, the event could just take place in a shorter time and with fewer artists. HSU definitely wanted to make it happen in Sydney and to meet these requirements, the organisation had to adjust their usual way of running an event. After months of planning “to deliver a show of that nature”, EPIK will take place this way, although these laws don’t count anymore. EPIK Sydney will last six hours and to bring visitors a worthy experience with only a fraction of artists they’re normally used to, they worked out this line-up with special show parts.
An EPIK brand new concept with “ceremonies never done before at an HSU event”
EPIK Sydney will take place at Sydney Showgrounds on Saturday, 14th December 2019 from 18:00 until 00:00. The pre-sale starts tomorrow, 10th October 2019 at 12pm (AEDT). To make use of the pre-sale, register at the official registration website. Regular ticket sale starts on Friday, 11th October at 12pm (AEDT).
