Dominator is known for its boundary-pushing hardcore productions and unique experiences, but this year the festival is taking things even further with the introduction of a brand-new opening concept: The Gatekeeper. On Saturday at exactly 14:00 CEST, the Mainstage will be opened in spectacular fashion – and that honor goes to none other than Angerfist.

For the first time in Dominator history, the Mainstage will be officially opened with a special moment. One artist takes center stage in the role of The Gatekeeper – the one who unlocks the gates to what promises to be a legendary day. This year, the honor goes to Angerfist. As an undisputed icon of the hardcore scene, he’s the perfect artist to launch this new tradition.
The Gatekeeper doen’t come alone
But it doesn’t stop there. Angerfist is not taking the stage alone, he’s bringing three absolute heavyweights with him. During this explosive opening show, he’ll perform a special classic set, followed by three exclusive back-to-back sets with Neophyte, Miss K8 and Deadly Guns. It’s an unprecedented start to Saturday, where multiple hardcore styles collide on the biggest stage in the world.

After the powerful Gatekeeper opening, the festival kicks into full gear. Saturday at Dominator 2025 promises to be bigger, harder, and more diverse than ever before. With ten areas across the festival grounds and seven world-class hosting partners, every hardcore subgenre gets its moment in the spotlight. From industrial to early rave, from uptempo to terror — the line-up is a showcase of everything hardcore has to offer. The day ends with a devastating closing show, where fireworks, flames, lasers, and an earth-shattering soundtrack come together in a finale that honors twenty years of Dominator history.
