According to the NOS, sources report that most measures will be lifted from next Friday. Only a number of basic advice, such as not shaking hands and testing when you are having any symptoms, remain in force – the mask obligation and social distancing will also disappear.
This is good news for the culture sector. Because from February 25, the 1-G rule will also apply to festivals and events (at which many people are present). So you only need a negative test result and the corona admission ticket goes in the trash. One week later, the club can also maintain regular opening hours.
Events and festivals possible again from February 25th
Reportedly, there’s no cap on maximum number of visitors. Tomorrow at 19:00 CET, all decisions will be definitively announced by Health Minister Kuipers during the press conference.
