During the anniversary event 20 Years of D-Block & S-te-Fan, organized by REBiRTH Events, one fan stood out among the more than 15,000 visitors. He wore a self-made shirt featuring the entire discography of D-Block & S-te-Fan – over a hundred tracks – and crossed off each song as it was played throughout the day.

Sjoerd wasn’t doing this for the first time; he had previously created a similar checklist at a B-Front performance. After the anniversary show, he shared his results on social media: “What an amazing day at 20 Years D-Block & S-te-Fan! Since it was such a success with B-Front, I did it again yesterday and crossed off the tracklist. Final score: 138 DBSTF tracks – with a few missing or brand-new ones. Thanks to everyone who helped!”

Twenty years of hardstyle, told in chapters
The event in Haaren marked a major milestone in the careers of Diederik Bakker and Stefan den Daas, better known as D-Block & S-te-Fan. In collaboration with REBiRTH Events, their 20-year journey was transformed into a spectacular live show that told their musical story in several chapters. Each era – from Music Made Addict and Rockin Ur Mind to Antidote and Enter Your Mind – showcased a distinct sound and visual identity. The production was massive, featuring huge LED screens, pyro effects, laser shows, and live vocal performances that elevated the experience to an entirely new level.
The final chapter of Ghost Stories
One of the most emotional moments of the night was the final live performance of Ghost Stories, the iconic project created together with Evelyn Bakker. For one last time, the three took the stage together to close this chapter. Behind their signature masks, no expressions were visible, yet the atmosphere in the venue said it all. During tracks like ‘Darkest Hour’, the entire crowd sang along, creating a powerful and fitting farewell to a project that added a deeply emotional layer to their legacy.
