On the 19th of November it is time for a new edition of Qlimax, the indoor flagship of Q-dance. Once again, the Gelredome in Arnhem will be the home for the famous event. From 9 o’clock, 27.500 visitors both national and international will follow the magical path. The pre-sale started on the 17th of September, but the event was sold-out immediately.

Every year Q-dance implements the theme down to the last detail. Both the show and the decoration are stunning each year. The upcoming edition will be fully devoted to magic and mystery. The theme is completely represented in the news coverage of the organisation. This caused people to speculate about the line-up and the creator of the anthem. Q-dance likes to keep the crowd busy prior to the event. It’s not yet clear who will be responsible for the anthem, but this will be announced around the end of this month.

There has been a lot of speculation about the creator of this year’s anthem. Names such as B-Front, Bass Modulators and Coone popped up quite often. The anthem suddenly appeared online yesterday. This surprised many because Q-dance didn’t tell anything concerning the anthem. People thought it was a leak at first, but the Qlimax 2016 anthem was already available in the Japanese iTunes Store as an original and radio mix.

Both versions appeared in the Dutch iTunes Store and on Hardstyle.com this morning. This means that the Qlimax 2016 anthem has been officially released on the 14th of October 2016, today. But who created it? The creator of the anthem was announced the moment the track got released. It is none other than Coone!

Coone is an artist who started his musical career at a young age. The belgian created his own label named Dirty Workz in 2006. It is impossible to imagine the scene without this label. Coone became an established name with performances all around the world. In addition, he released four successful albums in his career. Early this year, Coone and Hard Driver were responsible for the anthem of Intents. His passion for music is translated in this year’s Qlimax anthem.
