On March 7, 2026, some 8,000 visitors poured into the Klokgebouw for the biggest edition yet: Classified – the Evasion. The industrial halls of Strijp-S once again provided the backdrop, but this year everything felt a bit bigger, more tightly organized, and even more energetic.

An industrial setting that works
The Klokgebouw remains a venue well-suited to hard-hitting styles: concrete walls, dark corners, and wide halls that feel like modern bunkers. The temperature rose quickly, but that added to the atmosphere. The combination of lighting, sound, and a full hall created a constant, warm glow.
Uptempo Area: larger and the busiest spot of the evening
The Uptempo area was noticeably more spacious this year. This was necessary, as this was where most visitors gathered. Plenty of movement and flashing lights highlighted this expansion.
Lekkerfaces x The Dark Horror performed here for the first time, putting on one of the most-attended sets of the evening. The crowds in the venue showed that demand has now exceeded its current capacity. An expansion doesn’t seem like a bad idea for future editions.
Raw Area: intense atmosphere and heavy kicks
The Raw area had a different vibe: darker, less flashy, and more focused on heavy kicks. The space felt more intimate, making the sets feel more direct. The atmosphere and intensity were vibrant, especially during Disaster’s set, who then announced their signing with Classified. Artists like BMBERJCK vs. Mutilator also brought a strong dynamic to the crowd.

20+ live sets
With over twenty live sets spread throughout the evening, there was always something going on. A special feature was the opportunity to stand behind the DJ booth. From there, you could see the entire venue moving as one, creating a nice contrast with the view from the back, where you could clearly see the scale and the crowds.
Bigger than previous editions
Compared to previous locations, such as Nijmegen, this edition was clearly a step up.
- More capacity
- More room
- More variaton between the halls
Yet the atmosphere remained recognizable: raw, energetic, and focused on the music. The next edition will take place on May 2nd at Doornroosje, where Classified will focus on a new mission: Total Anarchy. Tickets and further information about the event can be found on the Classified website.
