How can I keep my belongings safe?
To reduce the risk of being robbed at a festival, it is important to take a number of precautions. First of all, it is important to give thieves as little as possible to steal. Leave as much cash and valuables at home as possible and only take your essentials with you. Finally, your choice of clothing plays an important role in reducing theft. Clothing with zippers and closed pockets is better for protecting your belongings.

Rendel has seen a recent increase in phone thefts and warns for the emergence of large gangs. In an interview with PowNed, Rendel says: “32 phones in 2.5 hours, then you’re really a pro.”
He advises visitors to put their belongings in a locker or hide them very well. “Just leave your stuff at home, or make sure you hide it so well that those guys don’t stand a chance,” Rendel advises in an interview with PowNed.
