The Pitcher releases old classic amid coronavirus: “Together As One”
The entire festival scene has encountered several setbacks in just a short amount of time due to the coronavirus. To support those who need it, The Pitcher has decided to release his well known hardstyle classics track ‘Together As One’. Finally, after all these years.
‘Together As One’ is a record from the golden old period in hardstyle music. Remarkably enough, the actual project was found many years later by The Pitcher in the studio – in preparations of De Tijdmachine in Eindhoven, back in 2016. “It was a demo from way back, but finished just 4 years ago”, says The Pitcher. The iconic track has never been released though, but definitely played a lot at the well known hardstyle classics events. Many enthusiasts can now easily sing along with the melody and lyrics of the track: as if the lyrics of the track was created for hard times like these, were we have to stand Together As One.
The Pitcher thought now was the time to finally release the track. Many events, artists, festival employees, but also the rest of the world, are suffering from the repercussions due to the coronavirus. “‘Together As One’ is dedicated to all of you, care takers, hospitalized people, family and friends who lost loved ones, elderly and every one else who is in quarantine.” What music can do in times like these…
