This is your chance to perform at Defqon.1 2016

Is it your longtime dream to join the ranks of the biggest harder styles DJ’s alive? Than this is your ultimate chance! Participate in the Defqon.1 DJ contest and walk the Road to Glory. You won’t just get the chance to prove yourself at the PURPLE at Defqon.1, but you will also get a release on Q-dance Presents: NEXT!

Prepare for glory
Q-dance offers you the opportunity of a lifetime. They invite you and three friends to enjoy the full Defqon.1 Weekend Festival experience, including a fully arranged trip to Defqon.1 and a pre-set up camping spot. You will get the honor to play at the amazing PURPLE stage at Defqon.1 on Saturday, and your track will be released on Q-dance Presents: NEXT. But before it gets released, Bass Modulators will provide you with studio tips and useful feedback for your track. To top it all, you’ll do an exclusive interview for the Defqon.1 newspaper and you’ll get the chance to prove yourself worthy of signing a contract at The Wishlist Agency.

How to participate?
Make a 30-minute video including an introduction of yourself and your live set. Your live set has to include at least one track that you produced by yourself. Finished your set? Upload it on YouTube and send the link alongside your own track to contest@q-dance.com. Keep in mind that Q-dance doesn’t just judge you by your DJ skills, but also on creativity. Make yourself stand out from the rest, and maybe we’ll see you at Defqon.1 this year.

Requirements
Your 30-minute live set has to contain at least:

– One track which is produced by yourself;
– Your ultimate harder styles track;
– Your favorite Defqon.1 anthem;
– The ultimate track track to end your set with.
