In just four weeks, the festival season will kick off once again: REBiRTH Festival! On April 11, the season will begin for the 15th time in Haaren. And, of course, such an occasion calls for a powerful anthem. This year, B-Front and Adjuzt are responsible for the anthem, with the track ‘United Through Madness’, this year’s festival season will officially begin.

A unique combination
In the REBiRTH Podcast, B-Front and Adjuzt joined as guests to talk about their anthem. Adjuzt shared, “It’s special. I always wanted to say no to anthems; it was the most important part of the event for me, and I wasn’t sure I could handle that responsibility. But when I heard it was with Bob, I thought: you know what, let’s do it!” He added that he is confident about this anthem and is excited to share it.
Regarding the track, B-Front talked about the fresh combination they achieved with Adjuzt’s newer but unique raw sound. “Maikel really does his own thing, and I always appreciate that. Besides, he also produces some melodic tracks, so I didn’t have to think long about this collaboration.”
From the organization’s perspective, Peter explained the choice for B-Front and Adjuzt: “B-Front is pretty much the embodiment of 15 years of REBiRTH. And Adjuzt has become increasingly important in recent years, also at other REBiRTH events.” REBiRTH has only featured a B2B anthem once before (aside from RAVE LOVE and B-Freqz).

A hard en euphoric anthem
According to B-Front, the biggest challenge was adding a summer touch to the track: “We had a lot of ideas but still wanted to incorporate a summery vibe into this track. That was a challenge for us.” The duo aimed to create an anthem that appeals to both the harder and the more euphoric audiences.
Adjuzt added: “With this anthem, we try to bring together the old and the new to showcase what 15 years of REBiRTH sound like.” B-Front also revealed that the track contains nods to his previous anthem: “There are some subtle references to the 2011 anthem. I think that was part of the idea behind this anthem—bringing back one of the original anthem creators.”
