The final beats of Decibel outdoor 2026 have only just faded away, but The Loudest City is already looking ahead to next year. And this won’t be just another edition: Decibel outdoor will celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2027. From August 27 to 29, the festival returns for a special anniversary edition, with the first tickets available from today at a €25 discount.

25 years of Decibel outdoor

Since its first edition in 2002, Decibel outdoor has grown into one of the biggest harder styles festivals in the world. The festival started at the Binnenmaas recreation area, moved to Lingebos a few years later and eventually found its permanent home at the Beekse Bergen in 2006. What once started as a one-day event with four areas has developed into a full festival weekend, nowadays featuring hundreds of artists across dozens of stages and representing virtually every corner of the harder styles.

Decibel’s anniversary also follows closely after that of its organizer, B2S. The organization is celebrating its own 25th anniversary in 2026 and is marking the occasion by bringing back several iconic concepts for one time only. Hard Bass, Pussy Lounge and Loudness are all making their return this year as part of the anniversary celebrations.

In 2027, it will be Decibel outdoor’s turn. Under the theme TRACK OF TIME, The Loudest City on Earth returns to the Beekse Bergen from August 27 to 29. A fitting title for an anniversary edition that brings together 25 years of memories, music and the festival’s evolution.

€25 discount during the 25 Years Sale

Those who want to be part of the anniversary edition won’t have to wait long. Today, Wednesday, September 2, the special 25 Years Sale for Decibel outdoor 2027 starts at 12:00 PM. A limited number of so-called 25 Years tickets will be available during the sale, offering visitors a €25 discount in celebration of the anniversary.

Once this limited batch sells out, the anniversary discount will no longer be available. Decibel outdoor takes place from Friday, August 27 through Sunday, August 29, 2027, at the Beekse Bergen. Head to the official website for tickets and more information.
