The countdown to Defqon.1 2027 has officially begun. During the annual Kick-Off, Audiofreq, E-Life and Stephanie Magic are taking the Warriors through all the plans for the upcoming edition. One of the biggest reveals has now been made during the livestream: after The Sacred Oath, Defqon.1 will be all about The Deepening next year.

The Defqon.1 theme: The Deepening
Defqon.1 2027 will carry the theme ‘The Deepening’. It marks the start of a new chapter for the festival, following an edition that was entirely dedicated to The Sacred Oath.
That edition ultimately turned out very differently than planned. Due to the extreme heat, Defqon.1 2026 was brought to an early end after Thursday, meaning many of its traditional highlights could not take place. In the days that followed, the hardstyle community came together in full force under the banner of ‘Forever One Tribe’. During that weekend, Q-dance still recorded the Endshow in front of an empty RED, which was released online several days later as a symbolic closing of the edition.
In 2027, the Warriors will return to the Holy Grounds, with The Deepening running as the central theme throughout the festival weekend. What exactly the new theme will mean for the upcoming edition will become increasingly clear in the run-up to June.
Only 25% of Defqon.1 tickets still available
Defqon.1 says it is grateful for the trust shown by the Warriors. Only 25% of all tickets for the 2027 edition are now still available.
The remaining tickets will be divided across three sales moments. The DEDIQATED Sale starts on Tuesday, October 27, giving members priority access to the ticket sale. The Travel Sale follows on Thursday, October 29, before the General Sale starts on Saturday, October 31. Availability will be limited during all sales. Priority access does not guarantee a ticket, but does increase your chances of securing your spot at Defqon.1 2027.
To give as many Warriors as possible a chance to attend, the maximum number of tickets during the DEDIQATED Sale has been reduced from four to two tickets per order. Only a limited number of tickets will then remain available during the General Sale. The Defqon.1 2027 Wishlist is also available now. Visit the official Defqon.1 website for the Wishlist, tickets and more information.
