Freek from the hardstyle duo Galactixx has just announced that he will be handing the the baton on to Ralf. The two men have been performing together for many years, on festivals such as Defqon.1 and Decibel outdoor, however this ends today.

He told this to his fans in a post on the Galactixx Facebook-page. Freek thought about quiting for several months, since he lost his drive for the music and he did not feel like an added value to Galactixx.

It came on my mind more and more often the last few months because of the fact that my drive was completely gone music wise. Because of this I didn’t feel like being an added value to Galactixx anymore.

THANK YOU!

From now on, you will see Ralf behind the DJ booth alone: I’m really sure he is going to do great and I hope Galactixx will become as big as we wanted to be! We wish Freek the best, and Ralf good luck with his solo career.
