Frequencerz member Pepijn has big news and is continuing his career under the name WOLV. During the sold-out event The Last Run, the duo waved goodbye to their wolfpack in the AFAS Live – with many friends on the line-up and a Special Guest. This turned out to be none other than Pepijn himself, who is returning to the old familiar sound.

That Frequencerz has made a huge impression in recent years was confirmed once again yesterday during their last event in the former Heineken Musical Hall. The duo, who left their mark deeply into the hardstyle scene for years, said a worthy farewell with a phenomenal show. Pepijn provided the icing on the cake with a premiere on stage and will continue under a new name.
“It was a legendary day,” Pepijn proudly says about the last Frequencerz event The Last Run. Last summer, the hardstyle producer already indicated that he is busy with his plans for the future and these were shown for the first time this weekend. “I will continue solo as WOLV and I will remain true to the roots of the music: with a lot of emotion and atmosphere. This is not the end for me, but a new beginning.”
The AFAS Live exploded with enthusiasm when WOLV played his new music: according to the ecstatic audience it is comparable to the old Frequencerz sound. Niels ended the evening lovingly with an extensive word of thanks to the audience and Pepijn. “You guys have to support WOLV, because I want this man to have the world.”
WOLV is ready to make a new mark on the world of hardstyle
The first official performance of WOLV will be announced soon and there is reportedly a lot of new music coming. Follow WOLV on Instagram to keep an eye on everything. Frequencerz will perform at Origins, REBiRTH Festival and many other events until next summer.
