According to RTL Nieuws, the cabinet will extend the hours of bars until 0:00 at night and, there finally seems to be some perspective for the events. In a few weeks, events would be allowed again with the 1G rule: a general test obligation. All visitors must then take a test before the festival.
‘Events and festivals possible again soon’
This morning’s extra council of ministers is not usual, but this was necessary to be able to legally prepare the relaxation. The final decision will be announced during the press conference from the Prime Minister next Tuesday, including all conditions.
