After two years of work, Fraw presents his long-awaited debut album ‘SUPERNOVA’, released through Gearbox Digital. Featuring 18 tracks and 4 extras, the project combines the raw artist’s fascination with the universe and his love for cinematic influences. Behind the release lies an extensive creative process. “I wanted to achieve the feeling that when you close your eyes while listening to the tracks, you can clearly picture a scene in your head.”

With ‘SUPERNOVA’, Fraw takes the next step in his career. According to the artist, his debut album is meant to showcase not only what he stands for today, but also the direction he wants to take in the future. The first release from the project was fittingly titled ‘BIG BANG’, kicking off the countdown to the full album release.
“The universe completely blows my mind”
For the inspiration behind ‘SUPERNOVA’, Fraw looked beyond music. His fascination with the universe and his love for movies formed the foundation of the concept. He is particularly intrigued by the sheer scale and incomprehensible nature of the universe.
“The topic of the universe completely blows my mind whenever I think about it. I love how huge and incomprehensible it is. I also love movies and their cinematic vibes. So, I tried to mix those two things together for my album ‘SUPERNOVA’”, Fraw explains.
According to the artist, this combination can be heard throughout several tracks. Some are heavily influenced by movie scenes, while others are inspired by scenes he imagined himself. “I wanted to achieve the feeling that when you close your eyes while listening to the tracks, you can clearly picture a scene in your head.”
Two years of work behind ‘SUPERNOVA’
Creating the album was a lengthy process. Fraw spent months working on the music alone in his studio, but bringing the entire project to life eventually required a much larger team. “It took a huge team effort to get everything ready. There were plenty of people involved in the creation of the album as a whole”, he explains.
Beyond the music, the team worked on music videos, merchandise, artwork for the physical CD and distribution. As a result, ‘SUPERNOVA’ has become much more than just a collection of new tracks.“But before all of that, I spent months alone in the studio working on the songs. In total, it took me two years.”

‘SUPERNOVA’ has been released through Gearbox Digital. Alongside the digital release, the album is also available as a physical CD. Fraw has also launched a dedicated merchandise collection. Both can be ordered through the Harderstyles Store.
