Then this is your chance: Hard News is looking for several new interns in the field of journalism, communication, video, design and social media from September 2025!

Gaining experience in the harder styles industry
As an intern at Hard News, you are fully involved in the team and you are given the space to make your own mark on what tens of thousands of fans see every day. Whether you write about the latest line-ups, create visuals for journalistic stories or make videos at the biggest events: you are right in the middle of the scene.
From September 2025 we are looking for reinforcement in several areas:
- Journalism
- Media (video, filming and editing)
- Social media
- Design
This is not a coffee internship. This is your chance to be in the middle of the scene.
At Hard News you are not ‘the intern’, but a full-fledged member of the team. You are given your own responsibilities, work on productions that reach thousands of people and get the chance to make a real impact. Think of:
- Writing articles about the latest festival news
- Creating content at events
- Designing creative visuals for cool campaigns and/or merchandise
- Developing social posts that can go viral
- Interviewing, editing, brainstorming – you take what suits you
And yes, you’ll also be there at the office and at festivals. From interviews with organizations to working on podcasts: this internship will take you to places where you can get a taste of a possible future in the event industry.
What requirements do you need for this hardstyle internship?
If the above resonates with you, then we are looking for you. You are:
- A fanatic listener of the harder styles (check!)
- Student in the direction of media, communication, journalism, design or something similar
- Creative, independent and not afraid to let your ideas be heard
- Available from September 2025 to January 2026 (date in consultation)
